New to MFP

Hello everyone,
I have tried this multiple times, and I seem to always fall short. I can't seem to keep with anything. I am hoping by blogging, and joining into with the community of MFP it will keep me motivated and accountable. I am 41 years old and have 50lbs to lose. I am at my heaviest and am feeling very defeated. I am looking for support from like minded people, food ideas, movement ideas, and just good vibes.
