    Successes/struggles of the week: Still over my maintenance range, and with yet another bad week - I had bad luck (again) with food poisoning, literally the day when I felt normal after food poisoning, I got bad luck and got it again the next day with something else I ate. So basically twice in one week :( and kept with high-sodium soups again, which kept my weight on the high end. Back to normal now, though the water weight is still there.

    My aim for a small loss didn’t work out – we were out for the on Thursday and I over-indulged at dinner. Still within my maintenance range however.
    We are away on a short break this week – dinner and breakfast in a hotel for four nights and lunches on the go. It will be a challenge!

    Successes/struggles of the week: Still struggling with my weight being higher lately - this week, had a lot of restaurant/takeout days which did not help at all. I've also been pretty unmotivated with workouts lately and am only getting the bare minimum in of steps.

    Struggle of the week: I ate TOO MANY vegetables and other things. Now back out of ideal maintenance range and close to going up over the top of the absolute range. There's only one person who has any control over this. I know who it is, so I'll have a chat with them.... Yes, I talk to myself.

    I was away for 4 nights last week – dinner and breakfast in the hotel, lunches in cafes. I did get a lot of walking done – sightseeing, visiting historic houses and gardens, but ate too much breakfast and scones!

    Struggle: I want to be on target or below. I was all week. When I weighed myself yesterday (official weigh day for me), was up that lb. again. Back down today. Actually, it is good. I am more apt to stay focus.

    Success/Struggle: I am definitely in maintenance mode. That is, no gain and no lose for three weeks. My scale only shows 1/2 lb increments but still it is weird. My goal is 115 and I have been there or less all week and most of the week before. Actually, I can guess why. A grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, popcorn and a tomato-volka cocktail during the movie every Sunday. Lots of sodium but I would think a little fluctuation.

    • Although my back is much better, I am still having to be careful about what I do.
    Successes
    Maintaining < 140 seems to be my sweet spot.
    I have developed healthier sustainable habits which support maintenance.

    Success of the week: While I've been gaining, my average weight hasn't quite popped out of my maintenance range yet.


    Struggle of the week: I pulled a muscle in my quad on the first point of the Ultimate game this week, so I've been hobbling a bit. I did have a few individual days that were definitely above the top of my range.
