Greetings from the cave

hi! I was pretty active as a teen (jogging, horseback riding) but in my 20's I started working really long shifts and it threw off my entire routine. fast forward to 2018and I was basically living in a cave while I was in college online. I gained 56lbs 2018-2022, and now that I'm not basically chained to the computer I'm ready to take on a new lifestyle and get back to a healthy place. I'm learning to cook so I don't eat premade meals and prepackaged snack, and I've started walking and some really mild cardio to build up some stamina before I try weightlifting etc. I'm super excited to get moving again, and already in love with learning about nutrition and seeing how the body works.
