Hello! New Joiner

Hi everyone!
Just signed on yesterday and getting to grips with everything. I’m a mum with two small boys and have been eating too much (boredom) and exercising too little (lack of energy/time). I’m now going to try to lose 0.8kg or 2lb a week, by dancing daily for 50 minutes, and adding 3 runs a week in. I’d like to to generally be more conscious of more movement. Im going to try to cut calories by 900…I can’t currently decide if this is over ambitious, but given how much extra I have been eating (kids teas, snacks, extra fridge sneaking of all description, my kryptonite is savoury things like salami, olives, etc), I think it might actually be easier than I think…I hope tracking should make me more conscious. Anyway, this is my hello! I’d love to hear from others, particularly mums of small children so I can hear progress is possible! Xox Alexia
