Menopause!

I lost 9 stone and was so happy for over 7 years then with life changes and going through the menopause I have put on weight not all of it but struggling to keep on track . I go top guns then crash again .

Hello, and welcome!
If "top guns and crash" isn't working well, maybe try a more gradual approach? Maybe consider just getting a calorie goal for slow loss here, then track to gradually tweak eating patterns, find some achievable, sustainable new habits? That can be pretty successful, IME (and based on what others write here about their progress). Starting out hard can be less realistic in the midst of a busy/complicated life, less sustainable.

P.S. I'm 66, F, so waaaay in menopause, have been since cancer treatment in my mid-40s, actually. MFP helped me lose weight, stay at a healthy weight for 6+ years since loss.2 -
