Hi. Just starting out my fitness journey. Started gaining when I got pregnant with my first. Gotta love the excuse I'm pregnant I can eat whatever I want. Well those eating habits stuck and Ive gained 50lbs in five years. I'm really wanting to lose it all plus some since I wasn't so healthy to begin with. Never been good at keeping motivation but I finally feel like I'm where I need to be to start this journey.
