Hello all!

This is my second time on myfitnesspal, which is a great app. I've never had a big problem with my weight, but I do find myself slipping up every few years. Five or more pounds can creep up on you if you're not paying attention. ;) I use it mostly to get my weight back to what I consider my best level. I'm fairly petite, so a few pounds does make a difference on my frame. Anyway, I love the tools this app provides and I'm very much into clean eating and regular exercise.
