Dent in upper part of abdomen question

I noticed a dent at the top of my stomach. Not sure if anyone can see it. I will post a picture prepregnancy at 136 pounds August 2020. I gained 35 pounds my last pregnancy. The one with the pink sports bra is from today 14 months postpartum at 146 pounds. I don't feel any separation anywhere. Just curious if anyone knows if this looks like distasis recti or is this a normal dent that happens when you become more lean?

Could be. At any rate, I think the main thing they encourage you to do is do core strengthening exercises. So whether it is or not, as long as you're not suffering any ill effects from it, is probably not a huge deal.0

To be honest, I'm not seeing what you're seeing. I'm not saying it's not there, but it's not obvious in the photo, to this complete internet stranger. 🤷♀️ I think you look really good.3

It looks to me like the very early stages of some ab definition...notice the line down the middle in this picture...it usually starts at the top because the upper abdomen leans out faster than the lower abdomen

Just looks to me like you lost weight. My sister has a distasis recti and it causes her considerable pain.1

FWIW, you might get some comparatives in this thread, even though it's not specifically the topic/point of the thread:
