Success/Struggle: I'm finally below my goal weight but doubt it will stick because I believe it is because of my Covid last week. The sore throat made me not eat to feel better like illnesses usually do. I am feeling much better now but my husband has it.

Successes/struggles of the week: It was a rough week weight-wise, as I ate out pretty much every day from Tuesday through Saturday - and it definitely showed on the scale. I did manage to get in about 19k steps one day and 17k steps another day, which helped a bit. My weight is a bit on a downward trend the past couple of days, and I expect that it'll continue in that direction. I plan to do more cooking and less eating out (my boyfriend will be away for work for quite a while so that'll help with the eating out less, though I'll still eat out with friends and occasionally get take out).4 -

Successes/struggles of the week:
My work had many corporate events for the annual Calgary Stampede and there was a lot of food and drink to navigate. Overall for the 10 day window I was able to keep my weekly calories on track. I did however indulge in alcohol more often than I'd like, and on one night in particular I went way overboard.
I am doing well learning the balance of managing vacation - how to enjoy my time but get a lot of steps which is helpful with the often richer meals. I eat lighter in places I wouldn't have before.4 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Finally seeing some movement in the right direction on the scale. Although my average weight is still quite a bit over my range, I hit a low of 113.2 a couple of days ago, which I hadn't seen in a couple of weeks. I've stocked up on fresh fruit and things to cook, and cutting down a bit on restaurant food/takeout which will also help.3 -

Successes:
I’m Doing better. Walking more, eating less. More relaxed. Only using bedroom for sleep (moved everything else out). It’s a tough week, and other than the actual anniversary of great loss did I eat with some abandon (but tracked it all).
I am taking care of myself. Playing more music.
The photos from the Jane’s Webb telescope really made me the most Grateful of my entire life. It’s amazing that we are alive, etc.
Struggles: I’m not as locked in food wise as I’d like to be, but I’ve made good progress.
House guests will be here for just 1 week. I thought it would be much longer. That is do-able food wise for me.

Success of the week: Two days paddling on upstream and back, then a two-day canoe camping trip for a non-profit. We had 58 boats. I was asked to be one of two sweep boats, so I got to help improve the skills of some of the boats that were struggling the first day.
Struggle of the week: Even though I've slowed it down, my mass still seems to be moving the wrong way -- out of my maintenance range.

Successes/struggles of the week:
My vacation length was the longest I've been on since I started on here. I noticed as the days went on that I was losing my resolve - cutting corners on good decisions, indulging more, etc.
While I know it's a blip, I still find the biggest struggle is mental. Lots of what ifs (I.e. what if this is the slippery slope that slides me back to obesity?) Logically, I know I have come too far for that, but as a relatively new maintainer I am definitely feeling on my toes.
Tomorrow I get on the scale, know it will be way up, and I'll get to work and watch what's mostly water weight flush away.3 -
@ashleycarole86 You can do it, just get back on track straight away.
When I came home from holiday 8 days ago I weighed in at just over 52 kg and I am now back at 50 kg – so most of that was fluid retention and I managed to get back on track straight away.1 -
