    July 30: DNW (vacation)

    Successes/struggles of the week:
My vacation length was the longest I've been on since I started on here. I noticed as the days went on that I was losing my resolve - cutting corners on good decisions, indulging more, etc.
While I know it's a blip, I still find the biggest struggle is mental. Lots of what ifs (I.e. what if this is the slippery slope that slides me back to obesity?) Logically, I know I have come too far for that, but as a relatively new maintainer I am definitely feeling on my toes.
Tomorrow I get on the scale, know it will be way up, and I'll get to work and watch what's mostly water weight flush away.

@ashleycarole86 You can do it, just get back on track straight away.

When I came home from holiday 8 days ago I weighed in at just over 52 kg and I am now back at 50 kg – so most of that was fluid retention and I managed to get back on track straight away.
