I have lost a lot of weight in the past 2-3 years and I am looking to gain at least 20 lbs as soon as humanly possible. I started going to the gym routinely since the last week of June 2022, drinking "super" protein shakes with fruit, peanut butter, etc first thing in the morning at 530 AM before I go to work, and I am using my apple watch and MFP to help keep track of how much I should eat. My job involves a ton of walking and lifting while also working outside in the heat, so it can be tough. I am looking for any extra tips to help me achieve my weight gain goals. Any type of constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated!

I currently have a client I work with in the same ballpark as you. You just gotta eat! With your job your TDEE is very high (aka you are burning it all off). Make sure you eat a large breakfast in the morning, keep up with that shake. It a very caloric dense lunch and same with dinner. If your job allows for it sneak in a snack like beef jerky0
