Getting back to it... again!

Hey everyone,

I've had MFP for years now but go on and off it... now I've decided I want to make positive health changes and starting with calorie counting again :smile:

I have over 126lbs to lose ideally and I know it's going to take time, so mainly working this first week on tracking 100% and then I can start bringing down the daily calories and making healthier choices.

My best pal and I have both started at the same time again... and I'll be using the discussion board here a lot to help!

Always looking for new friends to support each other while we do this!

    Good luck on your journey. I had about 138 to lose and I'm just over halfway there . You can do this!
