New Group for Gymnasts, Dancers, etc!

Hi Everyone!
There's a new group dedicated to the special athletic techniques for performing arts sports.
Everyone's welcome from novice to pro. All ages are welcome, whether you're currently in the sport or only do home workouts.




Dance, gymnastics, baton twirling, cheerleading, and drill team are different from some of the other major focuses on here like weight lifting and running. They require different techniques and require a lot of work on balance and flexibilty.

It seemed fitting that we have a space for our particular needs.
