My name is Daphne. I am 28 and living in the US. I am not new to fitness, but I am new to tracking my food, exercise, water, etc. I am currently considered overweight, but I have a lot of strength built up. I also have a lot of fat. I'm hoping to cut the fat and build more muscle and endurance. I want to compete in a CrossFit game in December. If anyone wants to chat about what works/what doesn't work, let me know!
