Happy to be in this community! I had numerous times of losing weight and loops of gaining back everything I lost..this is the first time in my life I’m using a diary of food I eat through a day..it’s been a little less than a month I’m doing this and I feel pretty good about how I’m progressing…I’m determened to idea that this is my lifestyle now and I’ll give my best to do it, and weight loss is just a bonus…I’ll be delighted to catch up with you guys that feel the same and go trough the same path..so feel free to add me as a friend :smile:
