    that's great work! I'd be in on this, but I've recently started focusing on strength training instead of walking. I still have my daily goal set at 10k, but so far this month I've been under it most days. Last month I did over 290k steps though... soon enough I'll be working on my cardio endurance again. Maybe I can join you guys in October :)

    9/1/13 - 90 minutes of running - steps completed.
    9/2/13- 7,053 steps + 5 miles run.
    9/3/13 - 18,000 steps
    9/4/13 - ran 4.5 miles plus walked all day at Indiana dunes.
    9/5/13 - run - 50 minutes (may not have done them here)
    9/6/13 - 13,846 steps
    9/7/13 - 4.7 miles run.

    Think i did well on my steps this week

    How do you log steps throughout the day with a pedometer into activity? I don't see just step counting as a choice? I actually have a fit bit that I wear all day long but I don't know how to plug it into my diary
