Tennis Elbow and sore wrists

Tennis elbow in right arm the problem is not exactly sure if it is 100 per cent
Pain in the bony area on outside and tried to ascertain what is but aren’t sure if it’s nerves like ulnar radial or that lateral epicondylitis that’s more common and takes ages to heal

Tried rehabilitation wrist curls pronation surpination 1 kg weight stretches holds but it’s always there
myofasical massage helps a little

Sore wrists after decompression and mobility exercises day after
Thinking it’s tendinitis or arthritis in wrists
The sulcus muscle is tender when bear weight down on wrist

Likely tendinitis. Wearing an elbow sleeve and wrist supports definitely helps. I've dealt with tennis and golfer's elbow for years and sleeves and a good warm-up usually help.

What was the cause of the problem?

You're already trying to strengthen the forearm muscles, which is good. YMMV, but have you tried the dead hang too?

Subscribing/bumping to see what info others may have as I seem to be dealing with a case of this that won't give up the ghost as well. I know when and where and how I aggrevated it to begin with, but this has been particularly stubborn about going away!

I know I'm prone to tendonitis in my forearms already, have been most of my life, but this is the first time it's really in the elbow. Got some compression sleeves I wear when doing barn chores (repetitive motion issues) and when working out or lifting, they definitely help. At work wear one of the below the elbow bands which also helps a lot. CBD cream topically applied and a wrist brace at night to help reduce weird sleeping angles and excessive motion.

All of this is helping, just getting back to lifting/regular workouts again after a recent job change, and I'm sure that will help as well, but always open to hearing of specifics to prevent it in the future too!

Have you been diagnosed formally? Looked into PT, if you haven't done it already?

If nothing else, Bob & Brad (physical therapists on YouTube) have some videos on self-treatment and avoidance, if you haven't already seen those. For clarity, I didn't use their vids for this condition, but they seem solid on other issues I have personal experience with. (I don't like their diet advice, think it's pretty popular-myth-y, but that's outside their scope of practice, y'know?)

For me, I had to use a strap for a long time, but just kept working out, trying not to aggravate it acutely, and eventually - somewhere along the route of getting fitter, stronger - it went away . . . seemingly permanently, despite doing the same activities. I haven't had an acute episode in several years. I can't promise that will happen for you, but that was my experience.

Might want to see a rheumatologist. I have an inherited condition called pseudo gout that inflames knees and elbows when they are stressed.

Rheumatoid arthritis meds fixed me up and I have sent friends to the same doctor with success.

Just saying it can appear as tendinitis when it isn’t.

In the past had a formal diagnosis, and it is definitely following the same trend - unfortunately can't really rest it (part time job - barn work - is a primary aggravator, but not something I can just walk away from for more than a day here and there), so I know recovery is going to take longer - now that I have the band and sleeves it's been far less aggravated, even with getting back to lifting again.

I'll check out those videos - slowly seems to be improving now with the combination of a bunch of things. Unfortunately finances don't make doctor visits a reasonable choice unless it's something that is literally incapacitating me...
