    When I came home from holiday 8 days ago I weighed in at just over 52 kg and I am now back within my range – so most of that was fluid retention and I managed to get back on track straight away.

    Success/Struggle: No more Covid. Test negative twice and feel great! One day, I felt really hungry. I don't know why. Eat some corn chips and felt better and haven't felt that again. I mean, I felt really hungry even though I ate my usual meal. ???

    Just back from holidays and working on getting back to my maintenance range.
    My average weight for July was from Jul 1-19 as I didn't have a scale from the 20th onwards.

    • tracking food difficulties as I was eating in unfamiliar places with family.

    Successes/struggles of the week:
    I've been back and eating on plan for 5 days and the water weight from my vacation is gone. I am back in my maintenance range.
    My exercise, eating and mental health has been good.
    The only struggle (and it's minor) is adjusting to not having the excitement of loss to be looking forward to all the time.

    Success of the week: Paddled Sunday & Wednesday. Did a volunteer dive shift at the aquarium Monday. Played Ultimate Thursday. Ate ripe tomatoes out of the garden. Brought my mass back into maintenance range.

    Struggle of the week: I seem to be stuck near the top of my maintenance range. Work in progress.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Still slowly getting back down in weight - average weight is the same as last week's average weight, though more weights on the lower end this week than last week, . In terms of exercise, I've been doing pretty well there and got in 22k steps one day.

    Success: Right at goal weight. Actually, have been under during the week but I always weight the most on Monday's (my official weigh-in day).

    Struggle: The fact that I am at goal is luck. I had some things come up this week and was not doing my exercising, yardwork, and logging my eating like I wish. I know what would happen if I left that keep happening. No good.

    Successes/struggles of the week:
    I had an unexpected surprise at work that is causing a fair amount of discomfort that I'm still trying to work through. I did find it increased my urge to overeat but I tempered that for the most part. It's been quite hot so I've found ways to get my exercise in without overdoing it in the heat.

    Success of the week: Paddled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Played my last game of Ultimate Thursday. I will miss the last two games of the season. Ate more fresh garden produce. Continued to moderate my mass back farther into my maintenance range.

    Struggle of the week: I am a bit stressed about how I am going to fit all the group gear, personal gear, kitchen, garbage, food, water, and human waste for five people going on a five day river trip into my raft.

    Another holiday, another bump in the road.

    I went away on Monday Aug 1st in my motorhome for 7 nights. Motorhome holidays are easier on the diet than hotel breaks as we have a lot more control over the food. Even so, when I weighed in on Tuesday morning (after a long hot drive home cross country on Monday) the scale registered over 51 kg. However, it dropped away steadily over the next few days and here I am back at 50 kg.

    I have a few quiet weeks at home now before we go away (to Kos for 2 weeks later in September) so I shall aim to drift down another kg or so.

    Success: Right at goal weight ever week so far this month! A bit unusual but okay with me. My scale only has lbs and 1/2 lbs so not as remarkable as it seems.

    Struggle: I am not getting to my exercises as often as I plan. Bothers me. It isn't just weight as a concern but my health in general. I need to get that on track!

    I have loss a total of 140pounds in three years by eating a clean food such as eggs and low-fat bacon and 1/2 cup of grits and black coffee and for lunch I will have a deli turkey 4oz sandwich on 45 cal wheat bread and Greek yogurt and apple and a bottle of water and for dinner I will have 6-8oz of baked chicken 2 cups of salad and skinny girl dressing and a bottle of water and for snack i will eat 200 Cals or under. It works for me.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Progress this week! My average weights were mostly in the 113's, and I saw a weight in the high 112's, so I'm headed in the right direction. I also did well in terms of eating healthier/more fruit, as well as getting in a lot of steps/exercise.

    Success of the week: Paddled a solo canoe 85 miles over five days. Got to spend time with old friends and meet new ones. Enjoyed delicious meals.

    Well, todays weigh-in was a shock! Weight up by a kg from Saturday morning. We were out on Sunday at an agricultural show with friends and ate foods high in carbs (and noodles for lunch were probably high in salt). But I didn’t expect quite such a big jump in one day. I daresay it will be short-lived.

    Success: I got back in the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
