Success/struggles of the week:
I mostly stayed on track despite some unexpected stressors in my life. I am finding life quite busy right now so it's a matter of adjusting when I feel like I have less time across the board.
My TOM was also delayed so that is likely the reason my weight spiked as it's coming back down again.
I am exercising less because I have less time, which I miss for the benefits but it just means eating less so overall it shouldn't have any impact on my ability to maintain my weight.3 -

Success/struggles of the week:
I spent more of the last week in my maintenance range than I have yet this month, so that was exciting.
I leave for my last large holiday (second last of the year though) on Thursday, so I'm happy to be back to my starting place.
Struggles surround work stress, not enough time when I commute home to do the level of exercise I'd like, more eating out that normal.
Making it work, but it adds mental churn to the process. All part of being successful in maintenance!3 -

Successes/struggles of the week: After trending downwards last week, I (of course) went back up this week, due to a combination of TOM and eating sushi a couple of times this week plus lots of desserts. I did manage to have a day of 20k steps which was good.4 -

Struggle of the week: Five day river trip on another Wild and Scenic River was cancelled due to fire... which caused us to get a permit for the other river we ended up doing.

I didn’t expect it to take a whole week to repair the damage done by one day out (Sunday Aug 21st we were out) but I’m back where I want to be. Funny how the trend line shoots up with one high data point but is very slow coming down again.
I hope to lose another kg before I go on holiday in September, I have over 3 weeks to get there.
