Getting back on track

Hey All,
I had done noom last year and successfully lost my Covid weight. This year due to some health set back ( I had surgery) and my running buddy moved away I’ve gained a few and gotten off track. Really just trying to get back to more healthy eating habits. Like I think forgot to eat fruit for awhile πŸ™„
