Any other new parents?

Hi all,
I'm a 31 year old, new Mum (had baby in June) looking to get healthy for baby and looking for others who are taking on a similar journey whilst also juggling the trials and tribulations of parenthood. I need to lose about 60lb, some of it pregnancy weight, some of it from beforehand.
Looking for some accountability as I take on some big lifestyle changes, so please add me as a friend.
I look forward to getting to know some of you :)

    I'm on liquid collagen to help - down 10lbs. Best I've seen is meal prep and plan ahead of time so you know what you're eating not only for the day but for the week. Less chance of missing your calories or macros.

    Hey Sarah! I was coming here to post this myself!! I just had my baby boy in July and already I want to get started. But juggling everything is wearing me down and I'm taking solace in my midnight sweets. 😩

    Hi! I'm in a similar situation. I have 4 kids, I had twins in 2021 and still need to lose about 20 pds. I'm short so I feel like it makes it harder..not to mention I'm 38 now and I think the older I get the harder it is! I work full time and I can tell I'm a stress eater. We all know how raising kids adds stress so I need to find better ways to do with that!
