I'm here on and off because logging calories has been the only way I can consistently lose and maintain my weight.

I have to keep reminding myself that I can't exercise away a bad diet.

So I'm here to have some fun, ride my bike and make sure I eat right.

    Mostly road bikes. I do a bit of gravel riding, but nothing more than that.
