Hi all,

I’ve been using MFP for a short time. I started my journey on 4/24/22 at 223, and have lost about 38 lbs since then. Right now I’m focusing on recomping, and will be shifting to maintenance for added muscle.

It’s been an awesome journey so far, but has required much discipline and willpower! I’d love to make some friend so say hi! Good luck to all!
