Hello, Hello!

Hello! I have decided to come back to MFP after being away for a bit. I came back for the ease of tracking everything I need and the accountability.

I am in my 40s and have a lot of work to do. The ultimate goal is much more than a number, though I have one in mind. I want to be heart healthy, alert and strong.

Several times a week I do a 16:8 fast and I’ve been keeping an eye on carbs. My go-to workouts are bike, weights, and some fun dance cardio.
