Starting my 40 pound weight loss journey.

I I am6 foot and started at240 pounds.

I started my diet on August 1 let’s say and currently I weigh 230 pounds. I plan on getting down to at least 200 pounds. I plan on exercising at least four times a week which will include weight training, and shadow boxing with a heavy bag and a few bike rides. I will be consuming a modified ketogenic diet and I am willing to coach anyone through the journey. I have committed much time to extensive research on the ketogenic diet. However for me it is not a long-term sustainable solution although I love using it seasonally to increase cognitive function as well as reduce body fat.

I have a travel job and spend most of my time in hotels with no oven occasionally I get a microwave and a refrigerator. However for the next three months I will be remote and will have a full kitchen accessible.
