I want to loose 50kg. help

I want to loose 50kg, currently I am 99kg and don't understand why.
I don't drink fizzy drinks, i dont wat dairy (lactose intolerant) , I don't eat breakfast, for lunch I only eat a sandwich and I have meals cooked from a 500 kcal and under cookbook.
I'm in college for art so I mostly sit in front of my computer drawing or typing all day, I get a decent night sleep 11pm to 7am.
I also have fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety and autism:)

any tips on how I can lose weight, keep it off and any ideas how I gained it????

Step 1 would be to weigh & log. Don't worry about weight loss at this point, just figure out what you actually consume. Get a food scale and note down every single thing you eat. If you think you are eating very few calories but gaining weight you cannot afford to estimate a single thing. Using oil when cooking? Put the bottle on the scale, press tare/ note weight, use the oil, then weigh the bottle again before you put it back and log the difference. No "1 tablespoon" or such.
Make sure you follow through every day - including any non standard days such as eating out or being offered anything by friends of family.

There's an old TV show called "secret eaters" - there are episodes of it on YouTube and it illustrates the sort of mistakes people make when they try to figure out the same problem you're having: why are they not losing weight despite eating a reasonable amount of calories.
Once you get an accurate idea of how many calories you consume daily, you can figure out how to achieve a mild deficit and that's the whole trick to losing weight.
Read all of these for inspiration and ad me as a friend if you'd like to hyperfocus on health metrics together :)
