Hi,
I am a 32 year old mum of 1 who is finally get back on track, aiming to lose 2stone and get back into my regular healthy habits.
I am a full time paramedic student so life is a bit hectic but I have taken the plunge to get myself into better shape than I am now,
I would love to get some friends on MFP so I can follow and track other food diaries for inspiration!

my diet started on 1/1/21@229lbs. today am 182lb. i am 70yrs and consider myself a new bodybuilder. you can see my diary. nickname butchgomer.

I'm 38. An i been over eating do to stress. Started putting on weight this year an hit 200lbs to many times. To realise how painful it actually is. I have been pushing myself to work out, because of this weight gain. More cardio twice a day. 3 days Some times 3x a day . If legs up for it. An weights 3×30. Meaning 3 sets of 30. I realize if i drink alcohol. I'm putting back on that weight. i cut the booze. To focus on protein shakes, with oat milk or i drink water. My eating habits are pretty healthier now. Eat those vegetables. An drink more water. I cook some good meals.0
