What I do. Your mileage may vary:
- No alcohol. I've had enough to drink already in my lifetime!
- Plenty of water. I don't count ounces, but I know when I haven't had enough.
- Track meals religiously.
- Weigh myself no less than 4 times/week. Mostly more. Great motivation!
- Walk and lift small weights. Every little bit helps.
- Keep healthy snacks around, especially nuts, carrots, and celery.
- Be willing to cheat a little when it's warranted (like my birthday).
- Wear the tightest-fitting clothing I can.
