Hello I would like to know if I should do a mass gain or lose weight. By the way I went from 216.05 lb to 144.84 lb which is why I ask the question. I go to the gym 6 times a week and cardio 2 times a week

Um, I don't think 9.53 feet can be right? The tallest person in recorded history was "only" 8 feet 11 inches?

You're 9 feet tall? How tall are you really?

Unless you are at an unhealthy weight for your height...either too high or too low, then it's up to you and how you want to look.

So, 175cm and about 65.7kg? That's BMI 21.5. Your MFP profile says you're male.

Unless you have a quite non-average body type, BMI 21.5 is likely to be quite slim, for a man. We don't know what you actually look like, or what your personal goals are, but based only on the limited information you've given us, I'd guess that mass gain would be the better route.

Recomposition at a slight calorie surplus, maybe, or bulking, depending on your preferences? I'm just guessing, though.

    Some possibly-helpful info to consider:

    175cm is 5ft 9inches.

At your weight it could be perfect for you, too light or perhaps more unusually by common modern standards, too heavy.

No-one but you knows your build (people same height can have very different builds), your current body composition or crucially your goals. e.g. A marathon runner might prefer to be a bit lighter, a rugby player might prefer to be quite a bit heavier.
