How do you handle the calories logging when you make wings at home? Do you include the bones for ribs and wings when you calculate the calories or does the log take into account that part of that is bone when logging the calories?

I eat roast chicken regularly, thighs mostly. I used a cooked chicken thigh entry from the USDA database, weighing the roast thigh entirely and then weighing the leftover bones afterwards for subtraction.
I might consider weighing raw and then subtracting the weight of the bones afterwards to log using a raw food entry, if the chicken was already in pieces. But in my case, I roast the whole chicken and I eat some parts and my BF other parts, so weighing raw isn't an option.2
