Need guidance on calories

Hello, im 5,11 and 17 year old with 57 KG weight. I have been going to gym for 3 month and gained no weight. I have no fixed nutrition and the app say to eat 2700 calories. I am struggling to eat in that range. Please give me some tips.

    How did you get that estimate from MFP? Just clarifying, you tell MFP how active you are generally, e.g. sedentary or lightly active, etc. Your workouts are separate to that. You enter those each day, with an estimate for that workout which then adds to your available calories that day.

    If you know how many calories you've been having recently and you aren't gaining weight, then add 10%.

    And to help with muscle building, target at least 120g protein which is more than 1g per pound lean body mass.

    To get that many, probably easier to eat more often than trying to eat more in a few meals. Have snacks including peanut butter sandwiches, cheese, eggs, oatmeal, granola bar type snacks, etc.
