Good evening everyone. I have been having issues with my weight since I started new medications. I have gained 40 pounds in two years and I’m looking to lose it again. I was just wondering if anyone else is looking for an accountability partner? I find myself coming off my intermittent fast starving and having trouble portion controlling because I’m so hungry. I’m not sure how to break the binging cycle and I know I’m messing up my diet. I guess I just need a little help with staying on track. Any advise or someone wanting to help me stay on track?

If intermittent fasting is making you feel famished, maybe it isn't the plan for you. Sounds like you may be eating too little in general.
In your Goals, choose, "Lose 1 pound per week." Be as honest as possible with your Activity Level. "Activity Level" takes into account all your daily routine tasks like work, school, commuting, normal chores. If you exercise, add that exercise into the Exercise tab here and you'll be given more calories to eat. Eat them.
Do that for a month, see how it goes.
Intermittent Fasting is just a schedule. Calories are what matter for weight management.1
