    Joining! I just started biking last week, and I am walking as well. Shooting for 100 miles combined in September!

    SEPT 1…… 8 miles bike
    SEPT 2…… 9 miles bike
    SEPT 3….…5 miles bike…….1 mile walk
    SEPT 4…….9 miles bike
    SEPT 5......10 miles bike
    SEPT 6........8 miles bike

    I'm in for 250,000 total steps in September.
    09/01 - 09/04 - 27,677 steps for 12.59 miles...so hot this weekend...no walking for me!!
    09/05 - 09/08 - 40,472 steps for 18.45 miles ...68,149 total steps ... 31.04 total miles ...still hot...hot...hot!!
    09/09 - 09/13 - 47,449 steps for 24.02 miles ...87,921 total steps ...55.06 total miles ...it finally cooled down!
