Slow and steady

Hi Guys lm Kylie from Albany WA lm 45 and looking to help myself gain more understanding of my eating habits while being more active.

I have Fibromyalgia which has steadily gotten worse over the last couple years couple that with Hashimoto's and it can be a challenge to keep motivated 🙄

I have joined the local aquatic centre and gym for some different exercise options depending on how many body is feeling that day.

I am really hoping to drop 10-15kg to help with my joint aches 🤞
