@murdog3t, e.g. 5 (5); 100/50 means 5×1 minute mixed planks, 5×1 minute other isometric positions, like glute bridges or one leg stands for balance training; reps are dynamic movements: 100 of triceps exercises, push ups, leg kicks, jumps, whatever you feel like and /50 is movements with kettlebells or dumbbells. It's easier for me to record them in the same thread.1
