Net Carbs Not Calculated Correctly in Android App

I am a premium member and I rely on this app to calculate Net Carbs correctly. The problem is (confirmed by Myfitnesspal support) . The formula for <b>Net Carbs = Total Carbs - (Fiber + Sugar Alcohols) </b>. The android app <b> does not </b> subtract sugar alcohols, which totally skews my macro calculations. How can I be charged for a premium product when the service that is marketed doesn't exist accurately?
