    🎃 Hi all, started my pre-wedding diet last week of September.. I have 8 months to lose 15kg.

    🎃 Im currently calorie counting using MFP, with intermittent fasting & Whole Foods/ plant based. Really motivated for the first time since pre-covid!

    🎃 October Start Weight: 75.2kg
    October Goal Weight: 72kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 60kg

    October 1: 75.2kg
    October 2: 74.9
    October 3: 74.25
    October 4: 74.2
    October 5: 73.6
    October 6: 73.8
    October 7: 73.55
    October 8: 73.6
    October 9: 73.6
    October 10: 73.55 - looking forward to the scales moving at some point soon 😅 I’m being so good!

    Oct 5: 148.8 probably a false low as I was stressed and didn’t eat much yesterday. I’ll take it though!

    Oct 10: 147.6 Yesterday was my birthday. I indulged a bit. Nothing major though. A couple slices of pizza and so awful gluten free brownies my daughter made me. They really weren't very good, but there is only so much you can do with almond flour and low carb ingredients.

    I need this motivation this month!

    I weigh every day, but I exercise on the weekends--so there are fluctuations.

    Long way to go to reach my back-to-running weight.

    Is this a plateau? I thought they happened 6 months into a diet not 2 weeks! I’m eating 1200 calories a day & the scale hasn’t really moved for 8 days :neutral:

    You've made a lot of changes all at once. Your body may just need to settle into the new routine. Give it time, and make sure you are being diligent with logging.
