    Success: I got the weight back to just under goal. I was getting too careless with extra calories and knew I had to stop that and it worked. Fortunately it was easy to do.

    Struggles: I skipped a couple of days of my shoulder exercises (they take less than 10 minutes, so no excuse). I just forgot. I tried to drink more water. That worked for three days. :( I'll try again.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Another weird week weight-wise with lots of fluctuations, though also a slight downward trend with one weigh-in in the upper 111's. Hoping to continue on the downward trend, though I have noticed that on the lower weight days, my strength training workouts are negatively impacted.
