Newbie with Goals, ISO Friends

Hi! I’m 49, F, looking to improve my health and learn more about nutrition. I'm currently exercising with a PT 2x/week (cardio in between) and now using MFP to track my nutrition (with macros). I would like to cut my body fat by 10-14% (roughly 25-30 lbs) by May next year and then maintain. I’m more focused on getting strong and lean. In search of friends for accountability, motivation, recipes and fitness tips (and advice on how to make the most use of this app :)).
