When Correcting Nutritional Values in a food item

After Correcting Nutritional Values in a food item and saving it, why doesn't the program allow you to save the food item to your food diary? Instead, it leaves you with a blank food page to make a new food item?..you have to start all over again, type in the same search, find the same food you just corrected and the check it to make sure it's the one you just fixed and that the changes were saved. The process can take 5 mins every time you load a new item.

The program does in fact allow you to do this. On the app, there is a toggle to "Save to My Foods" when you correct an item. On the website, I believe this is automatic.
