Where to get help

@ghrmj ~ awesome! i tend to add dashes of onion and garlic powder too, and sometimes a little blackening seasoning to the sauteed spinach. it is worth experimenting meal/snack times/sizes - when I'm on a roll with regular activity and home cooking, I tend to do 1800 to 2000 calories/day and break food into about 4 meals. it helps me feel a bit more satisfied in the evening. Looking back through my diary, my breakfasts and lunches tend to be lighter - i like to do an egg scramble with stir fry veggies which tends to keep me til lunch. lunch is often a broth veggie based soups, salads or veggie stuffed wraps with pre-cooked torn/shredded meat i have on hand from batch dinners. But I didn't start out that way - and fell into it by exploring. Enjoy the adventures!2
