Starting from Scratch...again

I originally joined MFP Aug of 2020 at 312lbs. In September 2020 I had a severe injury as a result of a hiking accident. I had a month of rehab, then surgery to repair my knee and give me a new ACL. When I started Physio I got covid and was down for a significant time with that. Once I was able to return to physio it took 10 months to get me back to 93% functionality in my left leg. I'm very happy with getting that far. I ballooned to 330lbs post-op. I spent 2022 chipping away, I'm down to 295 as of today.
I'm back here to help me stay accountable and to help now that I've phased out of physio. With winter here, I won't be able to take walks outside soon. I have bought a gym membership and some home workout items (kettlebell, resistance bands, yoga mat, recumbent bike, and a step). 275 is the next milestone of many. One day at a time
