An assumption is that everyone is different. Though, grocery planning, meal prepping, pre-loading recipes, and dividing the portions per serving all help us to best to stay on track. Alongside those essentials in the kitchen, staying organized in the home also helps us to manage our feng shui relating to our energy. Feng shui is a Chinese approach working as a system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (qi), whose favorable or unfavorable effects are taken into account when siting and designing buildings. Some feng shui enthusiasts assert that if we have bad feng shui, for example, our workout clothes are not organized, then getting ourselves to the gym will be difficult and energy zapping instead of inspiring. We all have room for improvement starting with the author of this suggestion post. BUT the important part is to start, refine, and continuously improve to meet our fitness goals. What do you think? Any insights? Any suggestions?

I like your idea of continuous improvement; however, always striving and moving forward is just not how the human journey always goes. Sometimes we move backwards, stall, fail, etc. Knowing that on any journey and allowing the space to keep your goals in sight even on a bad day will help you get where you want to be.
