Hello. Seeking a community ladies over 65 with about 50 lbs to lose.

I've tried MyFitnessPal before but never the community aspect. I'm 68, starting weight is 212 and my goal weight is 150. I've gotten to 145 before with HCG but it's not healthy nor sustainable. I've never been this heavy and it is now affecting my health and quality of life so it's a must - not just a vanity quest. Would love others to share tips, hints, encouragement and celebrations with. Ladies only because men tend to lose so much easier and don't generally have the hormonal issues to overcome as much. I'm determined to do this.
