My Name is Hunt, I’ve been underweight most of my life. I’ve eaten to the extent of a normal person for a good portion of my upbringing, and most of the people of my upbringing of the same age were overweight. However I usually ate more than them. I have found my inactive calorie need is between 3500-4000 calories to maintain weight. I live a very active lifestyle as a Combat Engineer in the Marines, what are some tips of how to hit my high macros of Fats and Carbs I need for 6000-7000 calorie diet I want?
