Hey ladies!! Feel free to add me as well. I had lost 50lbs on my own but since March 20th, I've gained back roughly 24 lbs. I lost my Grandpa on March 20th and then my Grandma on August 5th. LOTS of comfort food easting was going on but I refuse to back any back on.

I'm social security age and weighed 242 and needed to lose realistically 100 lbs. Don't exercise much with re: bad back. Have 83 lbs to go, have lost 17 since July. Add me, need all the encouragement I can get and wouldn't mind giving some to someone else.0

When I started 6 and 1/2 months ago, I had 120 to lose. Today, I have 41 pounds left to lose. Your goals are possible! Each and every one of you that has a large goal (as long as you don't try to lose it too fast, or in an unhealthy way) are very capable of reaching them! You can add me as a friend if you'd like, although I don't still have 100+ to lose, I know where you are sitting. I know how it feels to be very overweight. I know what it feels like to walk up a flight of stairs and feel winded and sweaty. I know what it's like to not be able to fit on certain chairs, or cross my legs without grabbing my ankle and pulling, and I know what it feels like to get stared at by strangers. Now, 79 pounds later, I fit into a plastic lawn chair yesterday without my thighs touching the arms, I can flip my leg up over my other one while sitting without using my hands, I'm down from a size 22 to a 14 and from a 3x shirt to a XL or L. I no longer get the nasty stares, and I can chase my son around the yard playing with him.
I want to be able to encourage people to make their dreams come true, so please, add me if you want encouragement from someone who knows what it's like to be in your position.0 -

Before I got pregnant with my second daughter I was using weight watchers and lost quite a bit of weight but then unfortunately I gained it all back and then some. I have been very down and out about my weight loss journey and just wish that I felt more confident about losing weight and being able to do things with my children that I'm not able to currently do. My mom and my sister's have convinced me to do my fitness pal, so I'm giving it a shot. I'm hoping to get some great support from those others that are also doing it.0 -
