So you don’t swim in circles, then? That’s a win!!!

    Just kidding!

So happy to hear you’re seeing improvement!

@Yirara, I'm glad to hear things are looking/feeling better. I'm glad you've found some things you can do safely, because it's clear that being active is important to you. This (IME) is a hard phase: Feeling better, tempted to do more, needing to keep it moderate longer for best odds of good healing. Tough! Wishing you continued good progress.

How difficult. Prayers for continued improvement. If you don't like prayers, sorry. I'm saying one anyway! It's really all I can do from here. :no_mouth:

Argh, I've been prayed upon! :o:#:s:D
But thanks, hun :) Yeah, things are improving. Probably two more weeks of sick leave as I have a strict 6 weeks no biceps use prescription. No problems. Sick leave is nearly fully paid here.

Yay, am allowed to build strength again! Slowly, but I can do something. Also had a very minor surgery to remove a huge lipoma from below/front of my ankle, thus when that is half healed I'll start running again. Timing is good because because it means I won't overdo things now o:):D
