Happy New Year!

Hello everyone!

I’m not new to MFP but I haven’t used it in a couple years. I had family members with health issues and I ended up neglecting my own health and then I ended up having major surgery and not being able to do a lot for a few months. It’s time to get back on track. I need to commit to tracking (and improving) my diet, moving more (joined the local gym), and doing more self-care (took up a couple new hobbies while recuperating from surgery). I can always use motivation and encouragement and sometimes a good kick in the can so feel free to friend me for accountability.
