It's "New Year, new me" time again 😅
Hi! I'm Jess, 32yo from Italy. I already tried MFP in the past and I lost quite a few kg.
But you know how it works: life is complicated and food is an easy coping mechanism. So today I saw the highest number ever on the scale.
It's awful and it's really time to focus on myself.
