I'm usually counting my weight after school before meal so I'm not too hungry not too full. starting with 68.7 in four days im already 67.9 😧 I'm very proud of myself ngl I would have never be so echilibrated in food before 🙈

    That's great! Sounds like you are off to a good start which helps keep you motivated!

    Just a word of caution for the days and weeks ahead... Don't be shocked if the scale goes up again. And down. And up. And down. If you're new to this, commit to a solid 4-6 weeks and try to keep that motivation going!

    The first week is going to be water fluctuations both up and down. Wait a month at the current calorie amount to gauge progress. A weight loss journey will not be linear so if some weeks you’ve actually gained don’t worry as water is a huge factor on how your body responds to Fatloss
