    I really have to get back on track. There has been a lot of stress over the past 6 months and I have not been tracking like I should.

    After losing 12 lbs. I was stuck at 174lbs. for a couple weeks until I found this challenge.

    Hey all, I noticed a few of you are trying to decrease or monitor your alcohol intake. I DO NOT want to hijack this thread so I wont post the link without @quiltingjaine 's permission but there is a Less Alcohol thread here on MFP. It is very supportive, some people are alcohol free, some less alcohol, all different kinds. Just an FYI. :)
